Increasing the value of the Association members assets through active contribution to the development and improvement of the capital market environment, as well as through the contribution to the development of corporate governance in the issuers individually,

The Association achieves its goals through the following activities:
Organizing joint action of shareholders
Organizing representation of members at shareholders' meetings
Responses through public media outlets and media
Organizing representation before courts and state bodies
Organizing the engagement of an independent auditor of the issuers business
Submitting initiatives and proposals to the Securities Commission, Stock Exchange and other institutions in order to improve the environment in the capital market, as well as, due to possible irregularities that may be occurred and observed, its functioning
Submitting initiatives and proposals to the issuers, asking for announcements and clarifications regarding important business events from their operations
Organizing educational and promotional activities that aim to promote standards of corporate governance and financial education
Cooperation with similar and related organizations at home and abroad
